As a growing team, we pride ourselves on offering both landlords and tenants a truly personal service. Jamie and Hamza, childhood friends since 2003, founded Collins Sarwar Estates in 2012 with a vision to provide expert, client-focused property services. Over the years, we have built a strong reputation as trusted and respected property consultants.
I co-founded Collins Sarwar Estates in 2012, after working in property for over 10 years I have amassed a vast knowledge in the property industry.

I have been brought up around property since a young age and have always enjoyed building relationships with both Landlords & Tenants. I enjoy overseeing the day to day running of the business alongside acquiring new business and maintaining existing relationships. I co founded Collins Sarwar Estates with Jamie in 2012 and I’m looking forward to overseeing the expansion of the company.

Opuz restaurant in Watford & Lattakia in Hatch end are my go-to’s!
What are your hobbies outside of work?
Spending time with my 2 boys and wife, holidays, watching Watford FC, attempting to play golf, DIY and never-ending house projects!
What qualities make you stand out in your role?
Having a clear line of communication with all clients and the team in the office and being adaptable depending on the situation that I am dealing with. I also believe that integrity plays a crucial role in any successful business and I am therefore keen on being transparent, upholding values and have strong moral principles which translate through into Collins Sarwar Estates.

What is your favourite restaurant?
Some of my favourite restaurants are Flat Iron, Ochi, Ku-Sheng Peng, Bella Italia, Abu Zaad, and The Golden Chip.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
Outside of work my hobbies are exploration, hiking, camping, socialising, reading, live music and football.
What qualities make you stand out in your role as a Office Manager?
My attention to detail and proactive problem-solving contribute to a cohesive and productive atmosphere – Passionate for building relationships with Clients and Landlords, striving to establish a welcoming and collaborative environment.
I have been a Property Manager at Collins Sarwar Estates since February 2022. Within this time, I have acquired a wealth of experience of managing Flats, Houses, HMO’S & Block of Flats to a high standard.

My favourite restaurant would have to be Cottons which is Caribbean cuisine.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
In my spare time I enjoy travelling, experiencing new things & being physically active.

I enjoy being involved in the day to day running and maintenance within properties. The satisfaction of our clients, tenants, landlords & making all the properties we manage run smoothly is something I thrive on.

I enjoy spending time with my family and girlfriend, as well as keeping active by going to the gym and swimming.
