As a growing team, we pride ourselves on offering both landlords and tenants a truly personal service. Jamie and Hamza, childhood friends since 2003, founded Collins Sarwar Estates in 2012 with a vision to provide expert, client-focused property services. Over the years, we have built a strong reputation as trusted and respected property consultants.
I co-founded Collins Sarwar Estates in 2012, after working in property for over 10 years I have amassed a vast knowledge in the property industry.

I have been brought up around property since a young age and have always enjoyed building relationships with both Landlords & Tenants. I enjoy overseeing the day to day running of the business alongside acquiring new business and maintaining existing relationships. I co founded Collins Sarwar Estates with Jamie in 2012 and I’m looking forward to overseeing the expansion of the company.

Opuz restaurant in Watford & Lattakia in Hatch end are my go-to’s!
What are your hobbies outside of work?
Spending time with my 2 boys and wife, holidays, watching Watford FC, attempting to play golf, DIY and never-ending house projects!
What qualities make you stand out in your role?
Having a clear line of communication with all clients and the team in the office and being adaptable depending on the situation that I am dealing with. I also believe that integrity plays a crucial role in any successful business and I am therefore keen on being transparent, upholding values and have strong moral principles which translate through into Collins Sarwar Estates.
Accomplished Office Manager, i have a strong background in Administration and Management – Streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency for our Clients and Landlords.
What is your favourite restaurant?
Some of my favourite restaurants are Flat Iron, Ochi, Ku-Sheng Peng, Bella Italia, Abu Zaad, and The Golden Chip.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
Outside of work my hobbies are exploration, hiking, camping, socialising, reading, live music and football.
What qualities make you stand out in your role as a Office Manager?
My attention to detail and proactive problem-solving contribute to a cohesive and productive atmosphere – Passionate for building relationships with Clients and Landlords, striving to establish a welcoming and collaborative environment.
I have been a Property Manager at Collins Sarwar Estates since February 2022. Within this time, I have acquired a wealth of experience of managing Flats, Houses, HMO’S & Block of Flats to a high standard.
What is your favourite restaurant?
My favourite restaurant would have to be Cottons which is Caribbean cuisine.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
In my spare time I enjoy travelling, experiencing new things & being physically active.
What qualities make you stand out in your role as a Property Manager?
I enjoy being involved in the day to day running and maintenance within properties. The satisfaction of our clients, tenants, landlords & making all the properties we manage run smoothly is something I thrive on.
I have recently joined the team at Collins Sarwar Estates as a Property Manager/Lettings Administrator. I have a great interest in the daily running of management properties & decided to take a step into becoming a part of the property management team.

My hobbies outside of work, are travelling to other countries, and challenging myself to all types of fitness training.
What qualities make you stand out in your role as a Lettings Administrator?
There are some qualities that I believe make me stand out as a Property Manager/Lettings Administrator; I pay great attention to detail, I am super personable, and I have a passion for finding solutions to difficult problems.
I have always had a strong interest in property and knew from an early age that I wanted to build a career in the industry. I am passionate about learning every aspect of the business and aspire to own and manage my own portfolio in the future. Being part of Collins Sarwar Estates allows me to gain valuable experience while developing lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and clients. I’m excited to continue growing my expertise and contributing to the success and expansion of the company.

I enjoy spending time with my family and girlfriend, as well as keeping active by going to the gym and swimming.
