    It all started in 2003 when Jamie and Hamza met at school. What began as a friendship turned into a shared ambition — building a property agency grounded in trust, transparency and genuine care. Scroll down to see how that journey unfolded

    2003 – Jamie and Hamza meet at Aldenham School

    2012 – Collins Sarwar Estates is founded

    2013 – Reached 50 properties on management

    2014 – Collins Sarwar open our first shop in Kenton

    2016 – Reached 100 properties on management

    2020 – Moved location to a new office in Kenton

    2021 – Collins Sarwar expansion began moving into a new office in Harrow Town Centre

    2021 - Shaq joins the team as a Lettings administrator and then progressing into Office Manager

    2022 - Nicole joins the team as a Property Manager

    2023 - Reached 200 properties on management!

    Ethan Joins the team as a Lettings Administrator & then progressing into a Property Manager in 2025

    2024 Collins Sarwar Estates re brand!

    2025 – Managing a portfolio of over 300 properties across Harrow & Watford
