Jamie cofounded Collins Sarwar Estates in 2012 with Hamza Sarwar.
Jamie comes from a Sales background leaving his job as a sales director in a telecommunications company to start Collins Sarwar Estates. Having lived in the Harrow and surrounding areas all his life Jamie has amassed expert knowledge of the local property market.
Through his experience in telecommunications he realized that every client is unique, he bought this mentality forward into Collins Sarwar Estates and strives to make sure he can offer the best possible experience for everyone.
In his spare time Jamie is a keen gym goer and plays tennis at his local club.
Hamza cofounded Collins Sarwar Estates in 2012 with Jamie Collins and as of early 2021 Hamza is now Branch Manager.
Hamza has been brought up around property since a young age with a family who is heavily involved in the industry. Hamza studied Urban Estate Management at the University of Westminster where he further expanded on his knowledge of the property market, regulations & valuations.
Before cofounding Collins Sarwar Estates, Hamza worked for a prominent Harrow Estate Agent where he was Head of Sales and worked closely with vendors to achieve top market price for their properties and he oversaw record sales months in the branch.
Hamza believes that regular and honest feedback alongside hard work brings consistent results and Hamza has implemented this into his work and the business Collins Sarwar Estates.
Outside of work Hamza enjoys playing golf and cricket in the summer. Hamza also enjoys spending the weekends with this two boys & wife.
Shaquil comes from an Administrative and Management background working within a law environment for five years - Now a Property Administrator with the Collins Sarwar Estates family. Coming from a client-oriented environment, Shaquil utilises his prior knowledge and experience to ensure satisfaction among our Landlords, tenants and clients.
Shaquil prospers on providing a pristine service to our Landlords, tenants and clients - Going the extra mile to ensure a tranquil and satisfying experience.
Outside of work Shaquil enjoys going on hikes, walking, football and travelling.
Before joining Collins Sarwar Estates, I was an auction administrator for a large, fast-paced company. My love for working within the property industry grew tremendously within the 3 years. I wanted to be more involved in the day to day running and maintenance within properties, therefore I decided to take a step into becoming a property manager. The satisfaction of our clients, tenants, landlords & making all the properties we manage run smoothly is something I thrive on.
In my spare time I enjoy spontaneous trips & experiencing new things.
